Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge.
If you are unwell, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. Massage is not recommended for anyone who is unwell due to further health implications.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late may impact your treatment time.

Mobile Phones

If you must bring your phone, we ask you to switch it off before you enter the treatment areas.

Booking Policy

Credit card details are required to secure all bookings made at Injidup Spa. Failure to attend an appointment or insufficient cancellation notice will result in your credit card being charged for the treatments scheduled.

Sundays

Sunday bookings are by appointment only. Guests who are not staying at the retreat will incur a 10% surcharge.

Pregnancy

Massage treatments are not recommended for pregnant guests who are less than 12 weeks or more than 36 weeks pregnant. We recommend a maximum 60 minute massage for guests between 12 and 36 weeks.

Sickness Policy

We ask if you are sick, which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, covid etc that you reschedule your appointment. This is for your own wellbeing, as massaging the body when unwell may cause further complications.

Vouchers

Vouchers are a form of currency and must be presented on the day for it to be deemed valid. Failure to bring your voucher will result in your card being charged for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Injidup Spa is an exclusive establishment. Due to demand, we request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and changes. While we understand circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or change your reservation, cancellation fees may be incurred. No fee will be incurred if a cancellation or change is made 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee for the TOTAL amount of the reserved treatments is charged to your credit card. If the client does not attend their reserved treatment, the TOTAL amount of the reserved treatments is charged to your credit card. This policy is implemented under all circumstances unless sufficient notice is given, as outlined above.
