Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes, we have a 2-night minimum stay during our off-peak season and a 3-night minimum stay on long weekends.

One Bedroom Ocean View Villa
Off Peak Rate is $680 per night
Peak Rate is $900 per night
Winter Special - $580 per night for a minimum 3-night stay. Valid May-September.
Two Bedroom Ocean View Villa
Off Peak Rate is $950 per night
Peak Rate is $1200 per night
Winter Special - $800 per night for a minimum 3-night stay. Valid May-September.
Honeymoon Villa
Off Peak Rate is $880 per night
Peak Rate is $1100 per night
Winter Special - $750 per night for a minimum 3-night stay. Valid May-September.
What are your payment terms?
A 30% deposit of the total cost is required to secure your reservation.
Final payment (balance due of the total cost of your booking) is required 28 days prior to your arrival date.
Injidup Spa Retreat Management reserves the right to charge your credit card (used to secure your booking) 28 days prior to arrival if no alternate communication has been received.
If for any reason the outstanding balance cannot be charged or has not been paid by the due date then Injidup Spa Retreat Management reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. Under these circumstances, your full deposit will be forfeited.
There is a 1% Service Fee on all credit card transactions.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 11am.
Late check out fees apply to any guest checking out after 11am unless a late check out has been approved by management.
If you are arriving after 5pm, please contact Reception to arrange late arrival information to be sent to you so you can safely access your villa.
Can I have an early check in or late check out?
Our Villas are in high demand and heavily booked so unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate requests for early arrivals or late departures.
What happens if we are arriving late?

What are your opening hours?
Reception is open daily from 9am - 5pm.
Onsite managers are available for afterhours emergencies.
Can I bring my baby/child?
No, we are an Adults Only Retreat and therefore anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to stay.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes. Due to our remote location, we have limited phone reception but all guests will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay.
Is there a restaurant onsite?
No, we do not have a restaurant on the property, however we do recommend local suppliers, Margaret River Hampers and The Art of Grazing, who can deliver BBQ hampers and grazing platters with a minimum 48 hours’ notice.
You will receive a welcome hamper in your villa for your arrival. Sourced through local providers, the hamper offers breakfast items and a small grazing box accompanied by a bottle of wine and complimentary water.
Do you offer private transfers?
No. But we can provide details of private transfer services in the area for you to book directly with the driver.
We do recommend organising transport well in advance to avoid disappointment as there is no UBER service available in the area.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount paid towards accommodation at that time.
No shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will result in the entire payment being forfeited.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruption to travel plans that may impact your stay with us.
All booking amendments or cancellations must be received in writing from the guests via email.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, provided you give at least 30 days’ notice to amend your booking.
